Share Subscription Agreement (SSA) is now open

The offer is open until 31st August. We have already received strong interest from our direct investors, with verbal commitments of £470,000 secured.
This round offers our private investors the opportunity to participate before the planed institutional investment round which is targeting a total raise of between £3.5 and £5 million from institutional investors and is expected to close in November.
The SSA is expected to qualify for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), subject to the approval of HMRC.
