We have raised over £4.5 million since 2021 through grants, crowdfunding, and venture capital. Key investors include CrowdCube (more than 2.5k individual investors), SQM Lithium Ventures, Clean Engineering and University of Birmingham Enterprise.
Share Subscription Agreement (SSA) is now open
Our current investment round is open and will close on 31st August 2026.
We have already received strong interest from existing and new private investors, with signed commitments currently totalling £650,000 through direct investments and via Crowdcube.
This round offers the opportunity to participate before a planned institutional investment round later in the year.
The SSA is expected to qualify for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), subject to confirmation from HMRC.
